The Rowan’s Story

Anthony and Jalena Rowan have been rock’n caterings for several years. Jalena started catering with Hungry Hunter steakhouse in 2004. Since 2010, she has been the manager of her mother’s catering business. Jalena met the love of her life, Anthony, in 2014. Anthony joined Jalena’s mother’s catering team and has rocked it out ever since by becoming one of the lead chefs. Due to Jalena’s mother’s health, her mother has passed the torch, and they have made it their own. The Rowan’s are rock’n Santa Maria Style BBQ with their own flare, extraordinary service, and love for food.

Southwest Salad - spring mix with corn, garbanzo & kidney beans, diced tomatoes served with jalapeno ranch dressing.

Mostacciolo (tube) Noodles cooked tender and smothered with homemade meat marinara, baked and topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheese.

Baked Russet Potatoes - with the works (butter, sour cream, chives, bacon & cheese).

Seasonal Vegetable Medley - tender baby carrots, broccoli, and variety of sweet bell peppers.

Garden Salad - spring mix & romaine lettuce, cherub tomatoes and cucumbers, tossed with your choice of homemade ranch or vinaigrette dressing.

Pork Tenderloin - marinated in a pineapple habanero glaze, grilled over red oak. Served over a homemade marinated broccoli slaw.
